Terms and Conditions

1. Seller identification

The operator of the VICI. Eyewear online store (hereinafter "seller") is an individual or legal entity registered in the Slovak Commercial Register. Contact email: hello@vici.sk. The store is operated at vici.sk and is subject to Slovak consumer protection law (Act No. 102/2014).

2. Order process

  1. Customer selects a product, chooses parameters (colour, lens index, lens type) and adds it to cart.
  2. Customer reviews the order in the cart and proceeds to checkout.
  3. Customer fills in delivery address, selects payment method and submits the order.
  4. Customer receives a confirmation email with order number.
  5. The purchase contract is concluded upon sending the order confirmation by the seller.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices. The customer pays the price valid at the time of order. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon order completion.

4. Delivery

Goods are delivered by DHL courier (8–12 business days total). Shipping costs €10 for all delivery methods, unless otherwise stated in a current promotion. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Complaints and warranty

The statutory warranty period is 24 months from receipt of goods. Complaints can be filed by emailing hello@vici.sk with a description of the defect, photos and order number. The seller is obliged to process the complaint within 30 days. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage or normal wear and tear.

6. Right of withdrawal (14-day return)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Exception: Prescription glasses made to the customer's individual prescription are considered custom-made products and the right of withdrawal does not apply by law. Returns are still possible after individual review — contact us.

7. Alternative dispute resolution

The customer may contact the seller for redress if dissatisfied with the handling of a complaint. The ADR body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Prievozská 32, 827 99 Bratislava 27, www.soi.sk.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The Slovak version of these terms is authoritative.

9. Final provisions

The seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Orders placed before the change are subject to the terms valid at the time of the order.
