DHL courier — home delivery
Direct delivery to your address via DHL. Real-time tracking, SMS and email notifications before delivery, option to reschedule.

Every order goes through a certified optical workshop — custom lens cutting, quality control, then DHL delivery. We'll keep you informed by email at every step.
14-day returns
You have the right to return any item without reason within 14 days of receiving your order. To return:
- Send an email to hello@vici.sk with your order number and reason for return (optional).
- We'll send you return instructions and address within 24 hours.
- Pack the item in its original condition and ship it back at your expense within 14 days.
- Once received and checked, we'll refund the full amount (including original shipping) within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Exception — custom prescription glasses
Glasses made to your prescription are considered custom-made products and the standard right of withdrawal does not apply by law. However, we always try to find an individual solution — don't hesitate to contact us.
Damaged shipment
If you received a damaged item, photograph the damaged packaging and product and send photos to hello@vici.sk within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund without hassle.
